Definition of a Private House Sale
Private house sale is when you market the property yourself, without the use of an estate agent. Calls regarding your property are always answered and handled in a professional way, you would do the viewings yourself and you may find that you will get offers as well put straight to you, many people are not comfortable dealing directly with negotiations so using an agent can be a great bonus here.
